If you’re not sure what to think about Leandro Carvalho’s Brazil Butt Lift program by BeachBody, I’ve created this post as a summary of just the DVD workout set so that you can make up your own mind. It seems that for any one Brazil Butt Lift exercise DVD, reviews are all over the internet now.
I’m going to be straight with you – a lot of these are riddled with clever marketing, and others are promoted by Team Beachbody coaches who get commissions when you purchase the program through them. That doesn’t mean that the program is bad and these people are lying to you, but these are just a few of the reasons why it can be difficult to cut through a lot of the crap. Don’t forget to take everything with a grain of salt.
