Who is Nutrithick Gain+ For?
Nutrithick’s Gain+ pills are a weight gainer marketed towards women, claiming to help you gain weight and therefore a bigger butt and larger breasts. There’s not a lot of information from the manufacturer about how it works, just that it does.
As with any weight gain, it’s best if you’re still working out to help gain both muscle and fat for your overall weight gain, rather than just fat alone (which is much more likely if you don’t have a regular exercise routine while taking these).
If you’re on the thinner side, or have struggled to gain weight in the past – and are actively working out – these could be a good way for you to safely gain extra weight in a healthy way.
Who isn’t it For?
If you’re afraid of gaining weight, or know that when you put on weight it goes to the wrong places, then this might not be for you. Just as there’s no way (that I’ve heard of at least!) to ‘spot reduce’ fat, there’s no way to ‘spot gain’ it either. That means this weight gainer will likely have you put on weight over your entire body – hopefully skewed more towards the booty and legs – but potentially other areas too. So be prepared for it.
In my opinion your best chances for getting a good booty-boost from Nutrithick is if you’re actively working out lifting heavy weights at the gym that focuses on building glute muscles, at the same time as taking the Gain+ caps.
What You Get
A bottle of Nutrithick Gain+ Caps contains 1 month’s supply – at 120 capsules per bottle, that’s a dosage of 4 pills a day. Instructions are to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
How Nutrithick Gain+ Caps Work
To make your butt appear bigger, you need to gain fat and/or muscle in that area, while not adding too much extra mass to your waist.
The Nutrithick website doesn’t really have much information on the specifics of how their pills work, just that they do.
There are quite a few reviews and before and after pictures on their instagram page that seem credible, but let’s take a closer look at the ingredients of these capsules to see if there are any answers there.
Nutrithick Gain+ Ingredients
The product claims to be 100% natural ingredients, and seems to include some B vitamins, such as B1 (Thiamin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), and B6 *Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate).
Below are the ingredients as listed on the packaging-
Proprietary Blend 2590mg:
Creatine Monohydrate, Maca Root Powder (Lepidium meyerii), , Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed), L-lysine, Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) (berry), Blessed Thistle (whole plant), Chamomile Flower (Matricaria Chamomilla) (flower), Pueraria Mirifica Extract (root)
Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsules), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide
A lot of these ingredients are common in other booty-building enhancement pills to0, and below is a vague guide that I’ve seen other companies advertise for some of these individual ingredients:
- Creatine Monohydrate – haven’t seen this in a butt enhancement supplement before, but it’s commonly used to support athletes and workout performance/recovery.
- Maca -purported as a hormonal balancer
- Saw Palmetto – estrogen booster
- Fenugreek – improves muscle strength and performance
- Pueraria Mirifica – estrogen booster
Does Nutrithick Really Work?
Some of the ingredients in Nutrithick do appear to have some scientific evidence behind them and you can research each ingredient individually to find out more. At a minimum these natural ingredients should promote good health and are held in good regard as supplements.
Since it’s a proprietary blend, there’s no way of knowing how much of each ingredient is in each capsule. Creatine Monohydrate being listed as one of the first ingredients and this is mainly associated with sports and atheletic enhancement.
If this is true, it seems like Nutrithick will work best if you already have a solid workout routine in place, and are already working to increase your booty size through glute-focused exercises like hip thrusts, squats, lunges – presumably with some decently heavy weights.
As with anything, every individual will respond to these capsules differently. Genetics as well as your personal routine (exercise and eating habits) mean that there’s really no way to predict if Nutrithick will actually work for you or not. Remember that everyone has different natural fat storage areas, hormone levels, muscle tone, and sensitivity to ingredients.
You would ultimately have to just bite the bullet and try these for yourself first to see if they work.
The manufacturer’s advertises visible results in as little as 2-4 weeks or sooner if you pair these with weight training.
What the Reviews Say
I like to look at reviews in detail to get a good idea if a product works or not. Nutrithick have a lot of published reviews on their site – 234 at the time of this review – and nearly all seem very positive.
In my opinion it’s always worth treating any reviews on the company site with a bit of caution, because who knows if they might just be fake or made up? There seem to be a good mix of recent and regular reviews (posted nearly every day) back until around early 2020.
It either seems a bit fishy, or they must be moving a lot of product with a lot of happy customers (remember that not everyone who buys would leave a review!).
There are quite a few before-after pics on the Nutrithick instagram page – and they look very convincing:

I think though that their formulation might have changed over the years, because this references ‘Apetamin’, a vitamin syrup that’s now no longer in their ingredient list. Do your own research and ‘buyer beware’.
I also like to check out the Nutrithick Gain+ reviews on Amazon, as these wouldn’t be easily influenced by the company. Over there there were a few more mixed reviews (some claiming the product didn’t work for them) which I find a lot more believable.
Is there any money back guarantee?
Unfortunately there is no money back or refund guarantee from Nutrithick, which means it’s a total gamble if you want to try these.
Keep in mind that some companies do offer a money back guarantee – like Gluteboost – and these might therefore be worth trying over Nutrithick if you want that protection to make sure you’re paying for something that works for you.
Nutrithick Price
These cost around $40 for a month’s supply at the time of this review, which is somewhat similar to other booty-enhancing pills out there, but on the higher side. You can check out my other butt supplement pills reviews if you want to find out more.
Nutrithick Customer Support
There’s not a lot of company information readily available on Nutrithick, but they have a support email and phone number advertised on their site.
My Final Opinion of Nutrithick Gain+ Capsules
There are quite a few before and after pics shown on the Nutrithick instagram page that show people building great looking butts with Nutrithick – so I think it definitely does work for some!
If I was in the market for some butt building pills, I’d be willing to maybe try these for a month or two, but only if I was prepared to part with the money, since there’s no return/refund policy.
If I wanted to play it safer, I’d probably opt more for Gluteboost, purely based on their money back guarantee. You can check out my full review of Gluteboost’s pills here. They’re not exactly the same, but some of the ingredients are similar. Nutrithick does seem like it would be a better all-round weight gainer though, so if you’re looking to add curves to your body overall, this could be the ticket.

What exact time of the day should I take them
Hi Dynola, you’d have to check with the manufacturer’s recommendations on that one as I’m not too sure!
