I have had my fair share of wasting money on programs and products that never showed even half of the results they claimed – or even worse, were totally useless.
I know how frustrating it can be to spend time and money putting effort into something that just doesn’t work. That’s why I’ve created this reviews section so that you can read about my personal experiences with products in the market and make up your own mind.
How I Create My Reviews
I spend a great deal of time researching my reviews, and I’m here to let you know what works and what doesn’t for me. I hope this will be of some value to you.

hi, so which video do you recommend the most for saddlebags and plumping up a butt?
Hi Missy, I wrote a post where I’ve summarized some of the best butt workout programs that I’ve found, so you can read a little about each one (and click through to read my detailed reviews for each if you like).
You can’t really target saddlebags (other than whole-body fat loss), but it looks like you’ve got the right idea for the next best thing – which is to try and plump up the rest of your butt to help make those saddlebags less noticeable.
Depending on what kind of workout style you like, maybe try checking out Gluteus to the Maximus which is a huge guide to getting a bigger butt and has a HEAP of awesome butt exercises which will help you build up that booty. Let me know if you need any more help!
