    IS that your butt? It is quite a nice one! LMAO.

    Okay sorry. Yeah i’ve been working on my butt too. I’m following a weight lifting program and it’s been kicking my butt. (no pun intended). I’ve been doing a lot of goblet squats, split squat EQi’s, planks, dead-lifts, and a whole slew of other lower body exercises. It’s really a lot Butt-er for me. HAHA see what I did there? Yeah.. I’m starting to see results. I used to have a flat butt. But now it’s starting to round out and look more shapely. I had to change my diet quite a bit too. No more chocolate cake with BUTT-ercream icing. OH man this is getting out of hand. I also quit smoking about a year and half ago. So I no longer need to worry about where i’m going to put the butts. Ok i’m done.

    I love this website so much. There is nothing better than a toned butt. You’re really doing a great thing here. No butts about about it. Butt wait, there’s more!

    Just kidding

      Hey Stu, I laughed pretty hard reading your comment but it sure did escalate quickly, so much so that I’m not sure I can match you with any kind of reBUTTal!

      EQIs are interesting, this is the first time I’ve heard them mentioned so I went and did some research. That’s awesome that you’re doing some glute work, there are definitely bonuses to be had all-round. Nice to know that you’re not doomed to a flat butt forever – that’s what I keep trying to tell anyone who visits this site! You definitely can make a nice butt for yourself with the right kind of exercises and diet too.

      …and, I’ve been trying to think of a witty sign-off around BUTTs, but it’s just not happening. Maybe I’ll do BUTT-er next time (lame!)

        OMG Jolie. I stumbled across a comment from you on my blog and had to come back. I never got a notification that you replied. Haha reading my comment I actually laughed out loud. I completely forgot about this! My butt is DUMMY THICC now. Guys on YouTube comment on it all the time lmao. How’s your butt coming along? ? Can’t believe it’s been 5 years since I wrote that.

            Yes! I actually slapped my own butt in one of my YouTube videos (don’t ask). Yes, you read that correctly. I can give you a screenshot if you want to see my progress lmao. This is so crazy. Ha seriously though, would love to do a post for you!!!! I’ve learned so much in my time lifting and not skipping leg day like those other meat heads. ? Just hit me up whenever.     Hi there! Thanks for this website. I’m a trans woman with the H butt shape. I have quite the booty from weightlifting and estrogen already; however, I’ve always been really troubled by my H shape. Thankfully, it is getting better as times goes on. At least now due to your website I actually could see the differences between the butts that I couldn’t really verbalize before. And I am going to incorporate some of the exercises you’ve listed into my routine to get that A+ booty. That’s right, not going to settle for just an A. 😉
