Welcome to the heart of The Better Butt Challenge – the challenges themselves.
I used to live long-distance from my boyfriend (BF) while I was in college interstate, and it was often anywhere between two to five weeks between visits seeing each other.
Since said BF is my main muse for crafting a better butt, I used to create myself little challenges to see how much change I could create in different parts of my body before seeing him again. It was a fun little game that kept me motivated to exercise, and I’ve stood by the concept ever since!
