Clever use of elastic fabric used in certain areas to provide compression. Can give an overall smaller look, a lifted appearance, or boost volume; depending on the design.

In-built or removable pads made of foam or silicone can be used to give the illusion of volume.

Lifting Straps

Discreet straps often sewn into the fabric, designed to lift your buttocks cheeks.

Lack of material used over the central area of the buttocks cheeks, which allows your natural buttocks volume to be positioned in that area by surrounding compression fabric.

Who knew? I had no idea that butt enhancing underwear even existed until reading your post. I’m quite intrigued by the cut out ones, that’s something I wouldn’t mind trying.

The cut-out butt enhancers work surprisingly well, and it’s great because it’s all natural – no padding! I’ve got some ones that aren’t quite full cut-outs, but they do have some elasticity and stitching in the same areas that try to achieve the same effect.
