A lot of people often ask, can doing just butt exercises actually do much to change the look of your butt? The answer is a resounding YES!

Today I’d like to show you what kind of awesome results something as simple as exercise (coupled with a bit of commitment!) can achieve.

Butt Exercises Work!

The awesome butt in the photo below was created by following the Strong Curves program, one of my favorite resources for butt building. Here is real proof that it works!

This story is shared with the permission of the original poster, who created a thread on Reddit about her butt building results. Her pics are amazing, I’m sure you’ll agree!  Check it out below.

What She Did

Unfortunately it looks as though the original post and account has been deleted, but from memory here’s what she said she did in her post:

  • 1 year of progress working through the ‘Bootyful Beginnings’ and ‘Gluteal Goddess’ programs (with some repetition, as each of these is a 12 week program)
  • Strong curves workouts, 3 x per week (A, B, A workouts from the program)
  • Initially, no control of food intake
  • Calories controlled to 1000 – 1500 per day (good results seen about a month after this change!)
  • She reported that she also did lots of glute bridges using a 10lb weight

The Response From The Public – Extremely Positive!

The best part about this butt transformation was the amount of support and admiration that it clocked up! Check out some of the awesome feedback:

And it wasn’t just the males who were admiring this, it certainly clocked up a fair amount of attention from the females as well!

I really love it when people share these kind of results because it’s super inspiring and it really is some solid proof about what can be achieved. I’m not the only one who thinks like this though, as you can see from some of the other comments left in the thread….

Hey i really like the concept of your website and the design. Everything looks really clean.

Every woman and i guess man too should aspire to have a nice butt. There just something really attractive when a girl can fill out a pair of shorts or pants.

some women think they have to be super skinny but having a little something is def more attractive.

That’s a really big transformation too.

    Thanks for the info!
