Looking for some Butt Pads that look real?

There’s nothing more embarrassing than padding your underwear and then having someone notice that something doesn’t seem quite right about your butt.

Thankfully, I’ve never experienced it yet, but I can totally picture the carnage… one butt cheek (AKA wayward butt pad) higher than the other, or off at some anatomically incorrect angle… Oh, dear.

Or otherwise you might experience this one: butt pads, but they totally look fake, as though you’d just strapped on a prosthetic ass. Not a good look!

(Another common fear that sometimes crops up in my dreams, lol. Why I am dreaming about butt pads, I don’t know. Don’t ask.)

So how do you prevent these kind of occurrences, and not look like you’ve got a horrible case of ‘nappy butt’?

This kind of padding is unfortunately only cute when you’re a kid.

Keep With The Program!

I’m sure we can all agree on one thing: Butt pads are supposed to make your butt look better.

Hey, they’re not really much different to a padded bra – again, designed to enhance your look and curves.

However, if you want your butt pads to look real and be totally undetectable, there are a few guidelines you’ll want to follow. If you’re totally new to the topic, be sure to check out our guide on how to use butt pads first!

Butt Pad Type Makes A Huge Difference

If you’re new to butt pads, you’ll soon learn that there are two main different types:

  1. Foam butt pads
  2. Silicone butt pads

Each of these types are made of different materials, which both have their advantages and disadvantages.

So does this impact on the look of the pads? You bet it does!

Foam pads are more lightweight and can be ‘crushed’ down more easily under pressure (think tight fitting/compression clothing). They can give a good shape, but may not necessarily look as real as silicone butt pads.

Silicone pads are definitely more widely paraded as feeling more realistic (and personally I think this can make them look more realistic too). This is because the silicone material can look and behave more like an extension of your body than a piece of air-filled foam will.

Actually there are also different types of silicone pads available too. To get an idea of these, check out the video below which shows the different types of butt pads you can get from Bubbles® Bodywear:

Avoid The Dreaded VBPL (Visible Butt Pad Line)

If people can see any kind of VBPL (visible butt pad lines) on your rear, then you’ve blown it – this feature screams ‘FAKE’! and can also be quite embarrassing.

VBPL (yes I did just make up that term, heh) is where you can see the edges of your butt pads against your booty – which basically screams “Hey everyone! I’m wearing butt pads!” to the world.

Obviously something we want to avoid!

So what causes VBPL?

Poorly sized or poorly designed butt pads.

Unfortunately, an ill-fitting butt pad will be visible and look fake no matter how well you try to hide them (like some foreign object is sitting on top of your butt cheek).

Which is why if you are buying butt pads, you will want to ensure you have the correct size for you.

My #1 Recommendation for Butt Pads that Look Real

Check out the Bubbles® Bodywear premium range called the Silicone Jiggly Butt Pads. These are labeled as ‘premium’ for a reason folks!

After a LOT of research, these would be my top choice for the most realistic looking silicone butt pads out there.

They are designed to be extra jiggly (this already makes them sound super promising), and it’s this jiggle factor which means they are going to look realistic when you are wearing them. Here’s what they look like:

These premium silicone butt pads from Bubbles® Bodywear  are designed to be extra jiggly to give you a super natural look (and feel!)

The thing I like most about these pads is that they come in eight different sizes. This is exactly what you want to avoid VBPL –  you can custom choose a diameter and thickness for the pads so they fit your butt seamlessly and are undetectable.

Here’s a closer look at the premium Silicone Butt Pads by Bubbles® Bodywear.

Conclusion

If you want butt pads that look real, you need to have butt pads that both move naturally and feel realistic.

This pretty much means you’ll want to go for a silicone butt pad for it’s superior texture and feel. The jigglier, the better.

It’s also extremely important to get pads which fit your butt size correctly, so you don’t end up with a visible butt-pad line (AKA the dreaded VBPL!).

My recommendation if you are after a realistic looking butt pad is to check out Bubbles® Bodywear’s premium jiggly clear silicone butt pads – but keep in mind that you’ll need a pair of pocket panties to be able to wear these.

What are your favorite, most realistic looking butt pads? Are you a foam or silicone kinda person? Let me know in the comments below!

Butt pads seem like high maintaince. But if that’s the special look that you are looking for then go for it, nobody is gonna hold you back. While being caught does sound like it would be pretty embarrassing, you could totally deny it and play it off the best you can couldn’t you, as long as your body language does not give it away. It’s not like they are going to be digging through your pants looking for butt pads. Your in the clear haha.

Hahah, good point Konnor, I like that approach! Definitely might be worth rehearsing the denial tactic if you are worried 😛
