The 30 Day Butt Lift is a program by BeFit, which involves 10 minute butt-blasting workouts, a different one scheduled each day for 30 days to lift and firm up your booty.

The good news is this challenge is completely FREE!

BeFit have posted these workout videos on youtube, so you can watch and follow along from home absolutely free of charge.

For those who do prefer to have a physical product that they can play in the DVD player at home, you can get the DVD from Amazon here (click through to see current pricing). At the time of writing, it’s under $10, definitely a bargain for an entire workout program!

How Much Time Does it Require Each Day?

In the first couple of weeks you’ll be doing one of the 10 minute workouts per day.

Days 14-27 see you doing either one or two of the 10 minute workouts each day.

And it’s only for the last 3 days of the challenge that you’ll need to set aside just 30 minutes to do 3 of the workouts back to back. (Your butt will be up for the challenge by this time!)

You can find the 30 Day Butt Lift Challenge calendar below, which shows you the workouts scheduled for each day. Of course some days you don’t need to do anything at all – rest days ensure you only ever work out for a maximum of 3 or 4 days in a row.

A Better Butt Will Be Had!

At just 10 minutes each, these workouts are very easily incorporated into one’s routine, even for those who are very busy. Set your alarm 10 mins earlier and do this first thing in the morning. It’ll keep your glutes activated and working harder throughout the rest of the day.

I’ve just started this challenge and one of the most frustrating things about it is having to go look up the workout calendar each time to see which workout is on the menu. Okay, so I probably wouldn’t have such a hard time over this simple thing if I just printed the calendar out, but what can I say – I’m lazy sometimes!

    Hi Jollie, just wanted to mention I’m using your website more frequently as a platform for butt exercises. I’m currently doing the 30 day butt lift challenge mixed with a barbell. I’m on day 5 so far and it’s great.

      Glute bridges are a recent favorite of mine, I find they are super effective if you do them with a barbell across your hips!

    Is there any way to get Cardio 3: Tabata and Cardio 4: Brazilian Booty to not show up as private anymore? I was originally able to access both videos but now cannot.

      Hey Sherry, I just checked it out and am having the same problem! The comments on the BeFit videos on youtube seem to indicate that others are having the same issue, so hopefully the good folks over at BeFit will see this and fix up those couple of videos!

    Thanks for putting everything down here! It was very helpful. I just finished the 30 day challenge and I see an improvement in my butt, I am going for a second round 😉
    For the videos that appear as unavailable, I just but the name of it on youtube and watch it there from other user.

    Oh wow! Thanks for posting all of this! I’m 2 sizes bigger in my thighs than the rest of my body (and petite) so I am hoping this will give me good results. Don’t get me wrong, I embrace my shape and am so happy I was able to have babies…but I don’t want to have to wear A line skirts and heels forever.

    Will This actually give results? I want to make my butt rounder and a little bigger so would this help? I don’t want to start something and have it not show any results?

      Hi Shana,
      When I did this I found that I got a bit of lift and some slight toning – basically my butt looked better but I don’t think the effects were totally drastic as there’s only so much you can achieve in 30 days. If you want to get a bigger butt from my experience this is something that can take months to years and requires a lot of commitment.

      I would say go ahead and try this, if nothing else it’s a really fun program and you’ll get some healthy exercise out of it, so I don’t think it would ever be time wasted!

      Hi Sara, I can’t take credit for the workouts, but I love them too! After the 30 days, you can start again from the start (day 1) or otherwise, just use the videos as you prefer – it should be fine to mix and match them as you like! Don’t forget to take a rest day every now and then though!

    I am gonna start this challenge tomorrow. I just finished up another 30 day challenge but with resistance bands and body weight, however this time i am going to be using dumbbells and the resistance band together. I am so excited to try this workout!
